Jennifer N.K. Venable
Attorney and Owner
Jennifer Venable is the attorney and owner of the Law Firm of Jennifer N.K. Venable.
The cornerstone of my practice is estate planning and administration including trust administration and probate. During the planning process, I focus on each client’s “Lifeplan” to be a unique expression of love for their own life, as well as the individuals and institutions they care about the most.
As the economy bounces back and communities go back to their important activities and lives, we are excited about our innovative marketing strategy to expand our outreach to existing and new families throughout Riverside and San Diego Counties.
As a long-term native of our community, I have had the first-hand opportunity to see the valuable contributions families and businesses make to our community.
With 5 years of experience in the area of estate planning, and now as a practicing attorney, I’ve seen time and again how individuals and their families gain immeasurable financial security and peace of mind by implementing effective estate planning strategies. At the same time, I’ve had many opportunities to help my clients make significant impacts on their families; give charitable bequests to organizations, plan for their pets and create peace of mind with thoughtful planning through a variety of catered estate planning options for their loved ones.
Gary Austin
Attorney
As a father and husband, I rise every day thinking about my family and what they mean to me. This sentiment is true for most people I meet. Every day families face challenges. I know I do. And every day our Law Firm tries to help protect you and your family from the fear of uncertainty involved in family law, whether it be through mending fences at a mediation, reuniting you with your children, or peacefully separating in an uncontested family matter our goal is to help you put legal matters in the back of your mind so you can focus on what matters most to you — your family”
I feel equally passionate about each family having a comprehensive estate plan. Without an estate plan, a family is forced to go through the probate process which is expensive and time-consuming. Especially at a time when the family is bereaving the loss of a beloved family member. If you own property, you definitely need a Living Trust to protect all of your hard-earned assets. A will is beneficial to those who do not own property – and as always, our team is happy to answer all of your questions about this very important and vital part of living a “peace of mind” life.
Gary has practiced law in southern California since 1999. After earning his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1998, He began his legal career working in several small law offices where he learned all aspects of civil litigation and the importance of building strong relationships whether they be with opposing attorneys, the court, or most importantly, clients. The skills gained in civil litigation and as a trial attorney have aided him in using his legal knowledge to aid those clients needing his services.
He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and a Board Member of the Loyola Law School Alumni Association, the Optimist Youth and Family Homes Services Board Member, and the Richard T.
